A space where you can slow down, return to yourself and find clarity.

My Philosophy
The world has never been this loud. The self-development space has us drowning in opinions, methods, and promises of change. There is so much noise that we can barely hear ourselves anymore. We’re surrounded by guidance, yet more disconnected from ourselves than ever. We keep yearning for that one answer, label, or method that will finally bring us relief and resolve. But I’ve seen again and again it can’t be found there.
We don’t need more advice or strategies. We need less noise. Space to hear what’s inside. I work with women who lead. They are founders, professionals, and creatives who want to do so in a way that feels softer, wiser, and more true to themselves. Many have already tried the programmes and the frameworks, and while they helped for a while, something still feels missing.
This is what comes after. I’m not here to sell you opinions, concepts, or solutions. I create a space for you to meet yourself with awareness, so clarity can naturally arise. When the noise quiets, you don’t need anyone else to give you answers. You realize they were there all along.
The world is loud with advice and answers. I help you quiet the noise and access your own.
Work with Elise
1:1 Coaching
Our work begins with a clarity call, a conversation to explore what’s been feeling unclear or heavy for you.
From there, we decide together what level of guidance fits best. Sometimes that’s a single session; sometimes it becomes a deeper process. Every step is tailored to where you are right now.
Lenses that shape my work
These frameworks don’t form a program or sequence. They exist underneath my work, shaping how clarity unfolds in each session. They inform how I listen, ask questions, and guide you to see what’s true for you. Each offers elements that supports the process of finding clarity within yourself.
-
A reflective space that invites clarity through awareness.
Rather than offering answers, coaching creates room for insight to emerge from within. -
A framework that cultivates psychological flexibility, which is the capacity to stay open, present, and aligned with personal values, even in the face of uncertainty.
ACT integrates mindfulness, acceptance, and purposeful action to support meaningful change. -
The practice of reconnecting mind and body as one intelligence. Through awareness of physical sensations, rhythm, and breath, embodiment restores balance and deepens presence.
-
An approach to life and work that leads from presence rather than pressure. It values intuition, empathy, and calm direction. A strength expressed through depth and awareness.
-
An understanding of how the body’s stress responses influence emotion, focus, and wellbeing. By recognizing these patterns and cultivating safety, regulation creates steadiness and inner resilience.
-
Attachment Theory explores how early relationships shape the way we form connections, regulate emotions, and respond to closeness or distance in adulthood.
It describes patterns such as secure, anxious, avoidant, or disorganized attachment, which influence how we relate to ourselves and others. By understanding these patterns, we can recognize our needs for safety and connection, and begin to build healthier, more secure relationships. -
A perspective that views the psyche as a community of parts, each holding a role and intention. Bringing awareness and compassion to these parts fosters integration, harmony, and authentic self-leadership.

About Elise
Before starting my coaching practice, I spent over a decade working in corporate environments that were fast-paced and high-performing. It taught me a lot about drive and achievement, but also how easily we lose touch with ourselves when we’re always in motion.
These last years I spent coaching women that are navigating stress, burn-out, relationships and transitions in work and life. High-achieving female professionals and entrepreneurs who had lost touch with themselves in all their striving. What I noticed again and again is how much we look for answers outside ourselves. Over time, I realized the transformation can’t be found there. Clarity appears when we turn inward.
We don't need to buy more advice and solutions from others. We need less noise.
A space where everything can soften, where you can return to yourself, and where truth becomes clear again.
I am here to create that space for you.
I work with women who lead. Founders, professionals and creatives that are ready to do so in a way that feels softer, wiser, and more true to themselves.
My work combines coaching, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), body awareness, nervous system regulation and a grounded, feminine approach to leadership — woven together in an integrative, embodied way.
This isn’t about getting advice or quick fixes. It’s a slower, truer kind of change — the kind that begins in presence, and moves from there into life.
